The perfect little community inclusive cafe with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to lounge and sip. They have the VT classic- Maple latte, a mocha that is delicious hot or iced, and a little cabinet full of fresh sweet and savory pastries. (I am always drooling over their croissants!) With lots of wood and bright colors, the atmosphere is great and the staff is polite and quick! Only downside is that the shop is not wheelchair accessible so guests who require a ramp for access will need to bring a buddy to help them get their caffeine fix!

You can expect a tasty coffee selection with options if milk and you don't abide, many pastries and such and a quiet, friendly energy with lots of cool VT and coffee themed decor. Nice place to sip and be, or think. Free paved parking beside the building/tracks and behind, or on Park Street. Outdoor seating and bike repair station right outside for nicer weather. Sister to FIreBird Cafe right next door if you crave lunch options. Toward accessible questions, there are steps up to the door and a threshold. Catch it late morning, midweek and you may almost have the place to yourself, while inhaling the air polluted with fresh chocolate cookies baking. :- )

The Nest Muffin, croissants and lemon ginger scones are to die for. There are many baked goods to choose from. Comfortable dine in experience with a quieter side room to sit in, a locally made lap drum to play and you'll always be greeted by a warm smile from the staff. The owner is usually on site, quite a wonderful human! Great selection of teas if coffee isn't your thing.

Despite there not being a boba tea option, they have a simple menu with a few seasonal options. Hoping for a gingerbread to come soon on the list. They did have some flaky baked treats to tempt the taste buds. Great atmosphere to hang out and devise the next brainstorm.

Been here a handful of times but honestly not much makes me want to come back. Barista working was really nice but really couldn’t make a latte, it was over steamed/had like 3 inches of dry foam and when I asked for it to be remade the other person working remade it but didn’t seem to understand what the issue was. She said she knew it came out wrong but gave it to me anyway. Also every time I have come here, it is so loud, much louder than necessary— always having full volume conversations behind the counter which is normal but just not sure why it’s always so noisy in here compared to any other cafe. They don’t have mugs/for here dishes which is kind of a bummer. Also no AC on a hot humid day, also kind of a bummer and made me want to leave while I was trying to just drink my coffee and read.

I’m not a coffee lover, but this place is definitely a great spot to get together. The space isn’t very big, but it’s comfortable enough for about 10-15 people. What I really liked was the view—it’s right at a main junction, making it a nice spot to sit, chat, and watch the surroundings. The atmosphere was pleasant, and overall, I had a great experience. I’d definitely recommend it!

This is the cutest little coffee shop in Essex Junction. The service was friendly & engaging. We enjoyed a cappuccino & latte but didn't get to try any pastries. We went late & they were out. The place has a couch that faces the picture window for a street view. They have reading & puzzle books on the table for brain food.
